Swedish Massage The most commonly offered and best known type of massage, Swedish massage uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. NOTE: If you are pregnant and want a Pre-Natal Massage it is priced the same as a Swedish Massage with the use of special pillows and a slightly different touch. Priced the same as Swedish so if interested purchase Swedish and let the massage therapist know that you are pregnant.

Deep Tissue Massage A type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as the Swedish massage, but with more intense pressure to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as “adhesions”.)

Sports Corrective Massage Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Chair Massage Massage with a client sitting in a special, portable massage chair. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massaged.
Only 30 minutes: $30
Reflexology The physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Reflexology is based on a system of zones with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
Only 1/2 hour: $40
Hot Stone Massage The application of smooth, basalt mineral stones are heated and combined with oil for this massage designed to relieve muscle stiffness and fatigue while restoring body energy.
1 hour: $95 1.5 hour $115
